De ahí, que la presente investigación se desarrolle en la Empresa de Correos Villa Clara, perteneciente al Grupo Empresarial Correos de Cuba, teniendo como objetivo general caracterizar las formas y sistemas de pago en la Empresa de Correos de Villa Clara, dada las regulaciones emitidas por el MTSS al respeto a partir del año 2021. El sustento teórico de todo el estudio es aportado mediante la realización de un análisis bibliográfico previo; en el que se exploran los principales exponentes de la literatura especializada en el tema. Entre los métodos y técnicas utilizados se encuentran los métodos teóricos relacionados con el análisis y síntesis de información, el histórico-lógico para estudiar antecedentes, causas; la inducción para llegar de lo particular a lo general, de los hechos a las causas; así como los métodos empíricos de la observación para obtener los problemas presentes en el objeto de estudio.As a result of the implementation of the Ordinance Task in Cuba, the business system has been forced to make important changes in its operation, particularly in the economic and financial aspect, where salary has been one of the most important elements.
