Se aplicaron un conjunto de métodos y técnicas, entre las que se destacan: el método de expertos, las entrevistas, la observación directa, entre otras. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el complejo hotelero objeto de estudio, obteniéndose una evaluación de deficiente. Como una contribución en este sentido, se realizó un inventario de riesgo laborales y un plan de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el complejo hotelero Villa la Granjita-Hostal Mascotte.The present investigation was carried out in the hotel complex Villa la Granjita-Hostal Mascotte of Villa Clara, with the objective of applying a procedure for the identification, evaluation andcontrol of the labor risks in that hotel complex; taking like reference the cuban norms of the family 18000:2005.
