Se hace un recorrido teórico con contenidos y definiciones asociados al tema en cuestión. La metodología utilizada es mixta con énfasis cuantitativo, donde se utilizan instrumentos como encuestas, entrevistas semiestructuradas, revisión bibliográfica y sesiones grupales. Los resultados alcanzados reflejan el estado de opinión de los trabajadores en este contexto, nutriendo a la máxima dirección de informaciones de gran utilidad para su administración. De manera general el estado de la comunicación en la empresa es favorable, pero se ve seriamente afectado por la ausencia de un comunicador social que gestione estos procesos. Este estudio constituye el primero de su tipo en la empresa, es por ellos que los resultados obtenidos van a sentar las bases para futuras investigaciones y estrategias comunicativas en esta entidad.The present investigation: "Diagnosis of organizational communication in the Territorial Delegation of Ministry of Tourism of Cienfuegos" has the intention of studying and evaluating organizational communication in the Delegation. A theoretical tour is made with contents and definitions associated with the subject in question. The methodology used is mixed with quantitative emphasis, where instruments such as surveys, semi-structured interviews, bibliographic review and group sessions are used. The results achieved reflect the state of opinion of the workers in this context, providing the top management with information of great utility for its administration. In general, the state of communication in the company is favorable, but it is seriously affected by the absence of a social communicator to manage these processes.
