Por consiguiente se planteó como hipótesis que con la formulación e implementación de la Proyección Estratégica para la Granja Agropecuaria Emilio Córdova, estarán creadas las condiciones para un funcionamiento efectivo de la organización y así contribuir al logro de los objetivos y a elevar los resultados de su gestión. Se propuso como objetivo general realizar la Proyección Estratégica de la Granja Agropecuaria Emilio Córdova hasta el año 2015 que le permitirá alcanzar los niveles de producción para de esta forma satisfacer la demanda creciente de la población teniendo en cuenta los criterios más actualizados de los diferentes autores que se encargan del estudio del tema y las orientaciones del MES. El trabajo posibilita la aplicación del concepto de Dirección Estratégica por objetivos, con enfoque de valores, logrando con la aplicación del modelo el diseño de la Misión, Visión, determinación de los valores compartidos y deseados de la organización, los escenarios y el diagnostico estratégico, las áreas de resultado claves, los factores claves del éxito, los objetivos, el planteamiento de la estrategia general y las estrategias específicas. En la investigación se utilizaron diferentes herramientas como la revisión documental, observación, encuestas y trabajo con grupos de expertos.The present work titled Strategic Projection of the Agricultural Farm Emilio Córdova of the Municipality of Crossroad in the County of Villa Clara, approaches as scientific problem, to design the Strategic Projection of the Agricultural Farm as technique that guarantees to reach the production levels in the different areas that conform it, in function of the increase of the quality of the population's life. Consequently he/she thought about as hypothesis that with the formulation and implementation of the Strategic Projection for the Agricultural Farm Emilio Córdova, the conditions will be created for an effective operation of the organization and this way to contribute to the achievement of the objectives and to elevate the results of their administration. He/she intended as general objective to carry out the Strategic Projection of the Agricultural Farm Emilio Córdova until the year 2015 that it will allow him to reach the production levels for this way to satisfy the population's growing demand keeping in mind the most up-to-date approaches in the different authors that take charge of the study of the topic and the orientations of the MONTH. The work facilitates the application of the concept of Strategic Address for objectives, with focus of values, achieving with the application of the pattern the design of the Mission, Vision, determination of the shared values and wanted of the organization, the scenarios and the one diagnoses strategic, the key result areas, the key factors of the success, the objectives, the position of the general strategy and the specific strategies.
