El estudio, que asume el paradigma interpretativo, para su desarrollo recurrió a los métodos bibliográfico-documental y de análisis de contenido cualitativo; también se utilizaron técnicas como la revisión bibliográfica y de documentos, las fichas de contenido y entrevistas semiestructuradas a los directivos, guionistas y periodistas del noticiero, que propiciaron el análisis, la recolección y el procesamiento de la información para alcanzar resultados válidos. Los datos obtenidos permitieron caracterizar la construcción dramática del Noticiero Cultural durante el período de estudio. De acuerdo con los resultados de la investigación, resulta necesario estructurar el ritmo dramático en el noticiero a partir de la fusión de una estructura dramática aristotélica y por bloques de interés, lo que garantiza una correcta presentación de las noticias culturalesThe current research analyses the dramatic construction of the Noticiero Cultural del Sistema Informativo de la Television Cubana from a qualitative perspective during January of 2016. The study which assumes the interpretative paradigm, used the documentary-bibliographic method as well as the analysis of qualitative content to its development. There were also used some other techniques such as the revision of bibliography and documents, content cards and semi-structured interviews to managers, scriptwriters and journalists of the news bulletin, all of them conducing to the analysis, gathering and processing of the information to reach valid outcomes. The obtained information allowed the characterization of the dramatic construction of the Noticiero Cultural during the period of study.
