Para ejecutar el mismo se elaboró la base metodológica correspondiente, arribándose a la conclusión de que algunas de sus máquinas parecen estar sobre dimensionadas de acuerdo a la potencia absorbida y energía consumidas. El trabajo está expuesto en un total de 48 páginas, incluyendo 4 tablas y 29 figuras, cuenta con la Introducción, tres capítulos, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Para su confección se utilizaron 34 fuentes y bibliografías, y en el cuerpo de la memoria del trabajo están asentados tres anexos, que forma un volumen general del mismo de 50páginas.The work consists of evaluating the machine system used in the Integral Farm "El Mingo" to extract starch from the rhizomes of Sagú. In order to execute the same, the corresponding methodological basis was elaborated, arriving at the conclusion that some of its machines seem to be over dimensioned according to the power absorbed and energy consumed.
