González Baute, Carlos ManuelBarrera Barcía, AníbalBolaños Alonso, Yasmany2016-10-312016-10-312016-07-05https://dspace.uclv.edu.cu/handle/123456789/6745En la presente investigación se realiza una caracterización, clasificación y evaluación de intervenciones de edificios de viviendas en el hábitat urbano compacto, a partir de la identificación de variables objeto de estudio, las que atienden a la morfología urbana y los materiales de construcción que en conjunto contribuyen a la conformación de la imagen urbana. Estas intervenciones en su mayoría constituyen válidos referentes pues son magníficos ejemplos del máximo aprovechamiento de las características particulares del lote para garantizar la calidad espacial y ambiental interior. Se lleva a cabo un diagnóstico donde se caracteriza y evalúan la situación que presentan el diseño de las intervenciones de edificios de apartamentos en el hábitat urbano compacto en la Ciudad de Cienfuegos, en una muestra conformada por edificaciones correspondientes al Movimiento Moderno y edificios realizados por Micro Brigadas luego del triunfo de la Revolución, los que se desarrollan en diversos lotes en lo que a sus características se refieren, identificándose principalmente los medianeros. En ambos casos los resultados obtenidos permitieron comprobar que los ejemplos no se adecuan al entorno donde se emplazan. También se aplicaron recomendaciones de diseño resultantes de la investigación llevada a cabo por un colectivo de autores de la Facultad de Arquitectura de la ISPJAE en el 2004, las cuales se han asumido como válidas por el autor de esta investigación y han sido contextualizadas a las características específicas del contexto de la trama urbana compacta de la Ciudad de Cienfuegos.The present investigation makes a characterization, classification and evaluation of interventions of house´s buildings in the compact urban habitat, starting from the identification of variables study object, those that assist to the urban morphology and the construction materials that contributes to the conformation of the urban image. These interventions constitute valids references because they are magnificent examples of the maximum use of the peculiar characteristics of the lot to guarantee the quality of the space and the interior environmental. It makes a diagnosis where it is characterized and evaluated the situation of the interventions´ design of apartments´ buildings in the compact urban habitat in the city of Cienfuegos, in a sample conformed by constructions corresponding to the Modern Movement and buildings created by Micro Brigades after the victory of the Revolution, those that are developed in diverse lots and identifying mainly the mediators. In both cases, the obtained results allowed to check that the examples are not adapted to the environment where they are located.
