El documento hace una breve incursión en el campo de los sistemas expertos en general para después enfatizar en los sistemas de este tipo aplicados a la medicina. El sistema experto en sí, se implementa sobre dos herramientas: WUCShell, recurso propio de la UCLV y Flex, recurso del paquete LPAProlog, lo cual permite hacer algunas valoraciones acerca de ambos.The present report, “Antibiotics Dosage Expert System (SEDA)”, is the result of the combined work of specialists of the “Arnaldo Milián Castro” Provincial Hospital and the “Marta Abreu” Las Villas Central University and became an assisting tool for the decisions taking process in this important work. The document makes a brief incursion in the field of the expert systems in general, it stops later to emphasize in the systems of this type applied to the medicine.
