En el diagnóstico de necesidades aplicado se constató que se necesita de las TIC, para permitir a los estudiantes ampliar los conocimientos que reciben de manera disgregada en las restantes disciplinas de la especialidad. Se comprobó además que existe déficit de literatura. La “Website EIA”, agrupa bibliografías para la asignatura Fundamentos de Estudios Ambientales, les provee además de otros servicios y datos de interés que complementan los conocimientos del estudiante. Éste cuenta con un ambiente sencillo, simple y de fácil navegación. Posee entre sus requisitos activar los procesos de análisis, síntesis, generalización, abstracción, valoración, reflexión e incrementar el tiempo de trabajo grupal e individual. Se sometió la propuesta a la evaluación mediante el criterio de los especialistas y estos opinaron a favor del contenido, pertinencia y factibilidad de aplicación de la Website EIA, recomendando que se controle la sistematización de este producto en todas las disciplinas de la carrera Ingeniería Hidráulica. Los especialistas valoraron que la estructura y contenido de la Website EIA es adecuada, pertinente, y factible. Se recomienda utilizar la Website EIA en la carrera de Ingeniería Hidráulica para ampliar los conocimientos sobre estudio de impacto ambiental y divulgar la utilización de la misma para valorar su utilidad en otras carreras.The contents on the environmental impact study are located in the discipline of environmental management in the curriculum of the Hydraulic Engineering career. The proposal was submitted to the evaluation by the criteria of the specialists and they were in favor of the content, relevance and feasibility of application of the EIA Website, recommending that the systematization of this product be controlled in all the disciplines of the Hydraulic Engineering career. The specialists assessed that the structure and content of the EIA Website is adequate, pertinent, and feasible.
