Resumen
La presente tesis se realizó en la empresa INPUD 1ro de Mayo de la ciudad de Santa Clara específicamente en la planta de ensamblaje de ventiladores BANCALUX con el objetivo de realizar un estudio sobre la organización del trabajo que contribuya a mejorar el aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral e incrementar el índice de productividad. Para cumplir lo anterior, el trabajo comienza con un análisis de la bibliografía acerca del tema objeto de estudio en el Capítulo I. En el Capítulo II se procede al diagnóstico del proceso de producción centrándose en la línea de ensamblaje, donde se realiza un estudio profundo en el cual se puedan detectar posibles causas que estén afectando el cumplimiento de la demanda; mediante la aplicación de varios métodos teóricos, empírico y matemático que reafirman la cientificidad de la investigación, usando técnicas actuales tales como el balance de carga y capacidad y la programación lineal que corroboran los resultados obtenidos. Estos ponen de manifiesto que la empresa es eficiente en cuanto al cumplimiento de la demanda por datos históricos excepto en el periodo de enero a febrero del año en curso que por causas que no son muy frecuentes se ha incumplido con la demanda.
The present thesis was carried out in the company INPUD 1ro de Mayo of Santa Clara's city specifically in the plant of assembling of table fans BANCALUX with the objective of carrying out a study on the organization of the work that contributes to improve the use of the labor day and to increase the index of productivity. To complete the above-mentioned, the work begins with an analysis of the bibliography about the topic study object in the Chapter I. In the Chapter II you proceeds to the diagnosis of the production process being centered in the assembling line, where is carried out a deep study in which possible causes can be detected which are affecting the execution of the demand; by means of the theoretical, empiric and mathematical application of several methods that reaffirm the scientific character of the investigation, using technical current such as the load balance and capacity and the lineal programming that corroborate the obtained results. These show that the company is efficient as for the execution of the demand for historical data except in the period of January to February of the year in course for causes that are not very frequently that is why the demand was unfulfilled.
