Resumen
El proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje para el desarrollo de las habilidades prácticas en la asignatura Taller de Maquinado, en la especialidad de Mecánica Industrial del IPI Raúl Suárez Martínez ha presentado insuficiencias en su ejecución, debido en lo fundamental a insuficiencias en la preparación teórico metodológica de los profesores y del personal técnico de las empresas, la dispersión de la bibliografía y la carencias en la base material de estudio. A lo anterior se suma la falta de motivación por la especialidad de los estudiantes debido a la insuficiente labor de orientación vocacional realizada en las educaciones precedentes. Desconocer el objeto de trabajo y la importancia para el desarrollo personal y social de la especialidad provoca la apatía, el desinterés y que los estudiantes no ejecuten conscientemente el sistema de acciones para desarrollar las habilidades establecidas en el plan de estudios, afectando la calidad de los egresados que trabajarán en los centros industriales del país. En este trabajo se presenta un sistema de técnicas participativas, que aporta los elementos motivacionales y dinamizadores del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, para elevar la calidad en el desarrollo de las habilidades prácticas y por tanto de la formación de los técnicos medios de esta especialidad en las condiciones actuales.
The process of teaching learning for the development of the practical abilities in the subject Shop of having Schemed, in the specialty of Industrial Mechanics of the IPI Raúl Suárez Martínez has presented inadequacies in its execution, in the fundamental thing to inadequacies in the methodological theoretical preparation of the professors and of the technical personnel of the companies, the dispersion of the bibliography and the lacks in the material base of study. To the above mentioned she sinks the motivation lack for the specialty of the students due to the insufficient work of vocational orientation carried out in the precedent educations. To ignore the work object and the importance for the personal and social development of the specialty causes the apathy, the indifference and that the students don't execute the system of actions consciously to develop the abilities settled down in the plan of studies, affecting the quality of the students that they will work in the industrial centers of the country. In this work a system of technical of group is presented that contributes the elements that they make dynamic and motivates the students to participate in the process of teaching learning, to elevate the quality in the development of the practical abilities and therefore of the formation of the technical means of this specialty under the current conditions.
