Resumen
El trabajo aborda la problemática relacionada con las carencias que existen en los escolares relacionadas con la solución de problemas matemáticos. Sus causas se atribuyen fundamentalmente al insuficiente desarrollo de habilidades en la solución de problemas matemáticos en los escolares, poca motivación, dificultades en el dominio del significado práctico de las operaciones de cálculo y el no empleo de esquemas y gráficos en la solución de los mismos. Propone un sistema de actividades para contribuir al desarrollo de habilidades en la solución de problemas matemáticos en tercer grado de la escuela Camilo Cienfuegos que retoman los contenidos básicos adquiridos en grados anteriores; pero se proyectan desde un estilo diferente al del libro de texto, además permiten, a los escolares, interactuar con diferentes situaciones de la vida diaria, de ahí su carácter variado y el esfuerzo cognitivo en la solución de los mismos. La investigación utiliza métodos del nivel teórico, empírico y matemático. .El Sistema de actividades fue evaluado por el criterio de evaluadores externos de aceptable, asumiendo como indicadores la actualidad, calidad, cientificidad, factibilidad así como la necesidad de su introducción y su incidencia en la calidad del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes de tercer grado de la escuela Camilo Cienfuegos. Su implementación en la práctica demostró cambios en los escolares constatando el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto: un mayor desarrollo de habilidades en la solución de problemas matemáticos en los escolares que le permitieron adquirir nuevos conocimientos.

Camilo Cienfuegos proposes a system of activities to contribute to the development of abilities in the solution of mathematical problems in third degree of the school that they retake the basic contents acquired in previous degrees; But they project from a different style to the one of the textbook, besides they allow, to the scholars, interacting with different situations of the daily life, from there their varied character and the cognitive effort in the solution of the same. Investigation uses methods of the theoretic, empiric and mathematical level. .The System of activities was evaluated by the opinion of external reviewers of acceptable, assuming like indicators the present time, quality, cientificidad, feasibility as well as the need of their introduction and their incidence in the quality of the tuitional process learning of the third-degree students of the school Camilo Cienfuegos. His implementation in practice demonstrated changes in the scholars verifying the fulfillment of the proposed objective: A bigger development of abilities in the solution of mathematical problems in the scholars that it were allowed acquiring new knowledge.
