Resumen
El Cuadro de Mando Integral constituye una herramienta gerencial de apoyo al proceso de toma de decisiones que hoy día ha tenido gran aceptación en el sector empresarial. Contribuye al análisis de los factores cualitativos y cuantitativos, en su relación causa -efecto, para el logro de los resultados conceptuados a partir de la estrategia de la organización.
La División Desoft VC tiene concebido dentro de sus objetivos estratégicos el diseño de un Cuadro de Mando como herramienta de control de la gestión y el presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo proponer un procedimiento para el diseño de esta herramienta, de acuerdo a los supuestos de la bibliografía especializada. De modo que se desarrolla un marco conceptual que sustenta la investigación y se propone un procedimiento comprendido en cuatro fases adecuadamente estructuradas desde el punto de vista metodológico tomando en cuenta los pasos descritos por Niven adaptado a las condiciones específicas de Desoft VC. La informatización de la propuesta se basa en la implementación del software Decisor, desarrollado sobre técnicas y herramientas de inteligencia de negocios, como contribución al robustecimiento del proceso de toma de decisiones de los directivos.
Para la realización del trabajo se utilizaron diferentes técnicas investigativas tales como: encuestas, entrevistas, trabajo en grupo, Método Delphi, Método estructural, Matriz Ovar y otras.
The integral management of Control constitutes a managerial tool of support to the process of taking decisions that nowadays has had great acceptance in the managerial sector. It contributes to the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative factors, in their cause-effect relationship, for the achievement of the results considered starting from the strategy of the organization. The Desoft VC division has conceived inside its strategic objectives the design of a management of Control as a tool of control of the administration management and this thesis paper has the objective of proposing a procedure for the design of this tool, according to the suppositions of the specialized bibliography. So that a conceptual model is developed sustaining the investigation and it is proposed a procedure included in four phases appropriately structured from the methodological point of view taking into account the described steps by Niven, adapted to the specific conditions of Desoft VC. The informatization of the proposal is based on the implementation of the Decisor software developed on smart business techniques and tools, as a contribution to the strengthen of the taking of decisions process of the managers. For the fulfillment of this paper, different research techniques were used such as: searching, interviews, team groups, Delphi method, structural method, main method, Ovar and others.
