Sistema de acciones para el perfeccionamiento de la gestión del capital humano en la Empresa Agropecuaria del MININT Villa Clara

Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado en la Empresa Agropecuaria del MININT Villa Clara, con el objetivo general de Proponer un sistema de acciones para perfeccionar la Gestión del Capital Humano, con orientación a las NC 3000-3002:2007. Para su realización se identificaronlos elementos del marco teórico referencial que orientaran el desarrollo de la investigación sobre bases científicas, sólidas y coherentes. Se realizó, además, un diagnóstico de los subsistemas que integran el Sistema de Gestión de Capital Humano a través de técnicas como el análisis documental, la lista de chequeo y la entrevista. Estos datos fueron triangulados y se definieron las principales insuficiencias de dicho sistema para implementar las normasNC 3000-3002:2007. A partir de este diagnóstico se establecieron los elementos de un sistema de accionestendientes al perfeccionamiento que fue valorado positivamente por un grupo de expertos.
The present investigation work was carried out in the Agricultural Company of the MININT Villa Clara, with the general objective of propose a system of actions to perfect the Administration of the Human Capital, with orientation to the NC 3000-3002:2007. For its realization the elements of the mark theoretical referential were identified that guided the development of the investigation on scientific, solid and coherent bases. Moreover, was carried out, also, a diagnosis of the subsystems that you/they integrate the System of Administration of Human Capital through technical as the documental analysis, the checkup list and the interview. These data were triangular and they were defined the main inadequacies of this system to implement the norms NC 3000-3002:2007. Starting from this diagnosis the elements settled down from a system of actions slanting to the improvement that was valued positively by a group of experts.
