Propuesta de expediente y acciones resultantes para el ingreso de un sector del Centro Histórico Urbano de la ciudad de Sancti-Spíritus a la lista tentativa del patrimonio mundial

Resumen
La conservación del patrimonio común de la humanidad es un tema que ha motivado a la creación de disímiles proyectos de mayor o menor escala a nivel global y desde la localidad. En este escenario han tenido lugar un sinnúmero de iniciativas organizadas por las diferentes asociaciones vigentes gubernamentales o no, cuya existencia tiene como fin la protección de los tesoros históricos y culturales de diversa naturaleza. Se protege este legado para llegar a conocer los orígenes de la civilización y para dar respuesta a muchas interrogantes, se protege como una forma de homenagear la obra heredada .
Desde la importancia que supone la preservación del patrimonio la Convensión para la Conservación del Patrimonio Cultural y Natural del Mundo ha creado una lista de bienes, cuyo valor cultural e histórico es innegable e imprescindible a la hora de querer escribir y entender la historia del hombre. Predominan dentro de esta lista los centros urbanos históricos de ciudades emblemáticas, cuyo conjunto y evolución representan una etepa significativa de la historia humana o son un exponente de la fusión de elementos culturales de diversa procedencia. Esta condición encuentra una basta representación de ciudades europeas y asiáticas, no ocurriendo con tal fervor en el continente americano. Se considera que están escazamente representadas en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial, las particularidades del desarrollo urbano latinoamericano desde un exponente auténtico e íntegro.
Es respaldado por este hecho, que se propone un sector del Centro Histórico Urbano de la ciudad de Sancti Spíritus, para ser incluido en la lista tentativa del patrimonio mundial.Con este objetivo se realiza un trabajo investigativo que ofrece una serie de información así como un análisis de los componentes esenciales de la ciudad, en aras de evaluar un sector para la propuesta. Se confeccionará el formulario de presentación del bien para ingresar a dicha lista, en el que se pretende justificar tal decisión.
The conservation of the common heritage of the mankind is a topic that it has motivated to the creation of dissimilar projects of more or smaller scale at global level and from the town. In this scenary they have taken place a lot of organized initiatives for the different government effective associations or not whose existence has as end the protection of the historical and cultural treasures of diverse nature. This legacy is protected to end up knowing the origins of the civilization and to give answer to many queries, it is protected like a way too thank for the inherited work. From the importance that supposes the preservation of the patrimony the Convention for the Conservation of the Cultural and Natural Heritage of the World it has created a list of goods whose cultural and historical value is undeniable and indispensable when wanting to write and to understand the man’s history. The historical urban centers of emblematic cities prevail inside this list whose group and evolution represent a significant stage of the human history or they are an exponent of the coalition of cultural elements of diverse origin. This condition finds a coarse representation of European and Asian cities, not happening with such a fervor in the American continent. It is considered that it´s barely represented in the List of the World Heritage, the particularities of the development urban Latin American from an authentic and entire exponent. It is supported by this fact that intends a sector of the Urban Historical Center of the city of Sancti Spíritus, to be included in the Tentative List of the World Heritage. with this objective is carried out an investigative work that offers a series of information as well as an analysis of the esencials components of the city, for the sake of evaluating a sector for the proposal. The form of presentation of the good will be made to enter to this list, in which seeks to be justified such a decision.
