Resumen
En la consecución del alcance del perfeccionamiento empresarial, se ha hecho
imprescindible el uso de las tecnologías de la informática y las comunicaciones, para
llevar a cabo la automatización de los procesos en el área relativa a la gestión del
capital humano, cuyo protagonismo para el desarrollo empresarial es cada vez más
evidente. Pero aún existen dificultades que obstaculizan este fin. Por ello un problema
asociado a las necesidades de cambio resulta del adecuado enfrentamiento al
mejoramiento del desempeño en el registro y procesamiento de la información en el
área de la gestión de los recursos humanos en la empresa Ciclos Minerva de Santa
Clara. Es a partir del análisis de la problemática existente, que en el trabajo se
formulan objetivos encaminados al análisis, diseño y programación de un sistema
automatizado (Crétalus) para el procesamiento de manera integrada de la información
referente a las especialidades claves que intervienen en la gestión de los Recursos
Humanos, de manera tal que contribuya a viabilizar el flujo informativo tanto dentro,
como fuera del departamento de personal. “Crétalus” cuenta con cinco módulos
independientes correspondiente a las especialidades que conforman el sistema de
Recursos Humanos y un sitio Web integrado a la intranet corporativa.
In the continuity to reach perfection in our emprises, the use of information and communications technologies has become essential to automate all the processes in the relative area of the human capital management, its important role in the development of our emprises is more evident. Yet, we still find difficulties in the way. Hence a problem correlated to the needs of change results from adequate confrontation with the improvement of performance in the saving and processing of information in the area of human resources at the Factory “Ciclos Minerva” in Santa Clara. It is from the analysis of this problem, that this work formulates objectives to analyze, design and program an automated system (Crétalus) to make the integrated processing of the information related to the main specialties that intervene in the Human Resources Management, so that it makes easer the flow of information inside and outside the personnel department. “Crétalus” has five independent modules matching with the specialties that involve the Human Resources System and an integrated website to be published in the corporative intranet.
