| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de la actividad en la Unidad Presupuestada Centro Provincial de Control Pecuario de Villa Clara, precisa de enfoques modernos en la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos, para enfrentar los retos que le impone el entorno a este importante sector que brinda información a los Órganos, Organismos e instituciones a los niveles provincial y nacional sobre el ganado mayor en la región central. Como una contribución en este sentido, en el presente trabajo se aplicó un procedimiento para el diagnóstico de la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos en el Centro Provincial de Control Pecuario de la región central del país, el que permite la utilización de un conjunto de métodos y técnicas útiles para determinar cuál es la situación real de este sistema en dicha organización. Los resultados de la aplicación del procedimiento permitieron, entre otras cosas, detectar los problemas actuales en las políticas de la gestión de recursos humanos, proponer un plan de acción para eliminarlas o atenuarlas y sentar las bases para evaluar continuamente la efectividad de estas políticas en la entidad. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The development of the activity in the Provincial Center of Livestock Control of Villa Clara, need modern focuses in the Step of the Human Resources to confront the challenges that force it on the surroundings to this important sector that offer information to the Organs, Organisms and institutions at the same level as province and national about the horses and cows at the central region. Like a contribution in this sense, in the present work a procedure for the diagnosis of the Step of the Human Resources in the Provincial Center of Livestock Control of the central region of the country was applicable, this procedure permits a group of methods and useful techniques to determine which is the real situation of this System in the aforementioned organization. The results of the application of the proposed procedure allowed, among other things, detecting problems in the politics of the step of the human resources and created the bases for the effective’s continuum evaluation the of this politics in the entity. Also, the possibility to utilize the aforementioned procedure like instrument of diagnosis at other similar entities of the country got demonstrated. | en_US |
