Para el desarrollo de este informe se efectuó el análisis documental de la entidad Grand Hotel “Iberostar” Trinidad y se da cumplimiento a cada uno de los objetivos redactados en el informe en el trascurso de esta. El trabajo está divido por capítulos los cuales se corresponden con los objetivos específicos. Durante el desarrollo del informe se hizo un análisis integral y detallado de la situación económico financiera de la entidad. La realización de todo el informe conlleva a analizar los distintos subsistemas de la planificación, y el diseño de acciones de mejora para elevar su eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad.
For the development of this report, the documentary analysis of the Grand Hotel "Iberostar" Trinidad entity was carried out and each of the objectives drafted in the report is met during it. The work is divided by chapters which correspond to the specific objectives. During the development of the report, a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the economic and financial situation of the entity was made. The realization of the entire report involves analyzing the different planning subsystems, and designing improvement actions to increase their efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness.
