Extracción de saponinas a partir de la Furcraea hexapetala y estudio de sus propiedades como insecticida

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó en la Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas, Facultad de Química Farmacia, con la colaboración del laboratorio de la Estación Territorial de Protección de Plantas de Yaguaramas, municipio Abreus, provincia Cienfuegos. En este, se evalúa la actividad insecticida del jugo de la planta Furcraea hexapetala sobre el Cylas formicarius a concentraciones de 100, 50, 25 y 12,5 % (v/v), donde alcanza el máximo de efectividad a las 96 horas con resultados de 88.8, 80, 65 y 65 % respectivamente. Además, se obtienen crudos de saponinas a partir de esta planta mediante procedimientos de extracción y procedimientos de precipitación, de donde se selecciona uno de estos crudos para la realización del ensayo biológico frente al mismo insecto, lográndose el máximo de efectividad a las 96 horas de comenzado el experimento, con valores de 90, 80, 70 y 65 % para concentraciones del crudo de saponinas de 1, 0.5, 0.25 y 0.125 % (m/v) respectivamente. Por otra parte, se establecen condiciones de la hidrólisis ácida de este extracto para su posterior ensayo biológico. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work was carried out in the Central University Marta Abreu of Las Villas, Ability of Chemical Pharmacy, with the collaboration of the laboratory of the Territorial Station of Protection of Plants of Yaguaramas, municipality Abreus, county Cienfuegos. In this, the insecticide activity of the juice of the plant Furcraea hexapetala is evaluated on Cylas formicarius to concentrations of 100, 50, 25 and 12,5 %, (v / v) reaching the maximum of effectiveness the 96 hours with results of 88.8, 80, 65 and 65 % respectively. Also, they are obtained raw of saponins starting from this plant mediating extraction procedures and precipitation procedures, of where one of these raw ones is selected for the realization of the biological test in front of the same insect, being achieved the maximum of effectiveness at the 96 hours of having begun the experiment, with values of 90, 80, 70 and 65 % for concentrations of the raw one of saponins of 1, 0.5, 0.25 and 0.125 % (m / v) respectively.
