dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo turístico en nuestro país, constituye una fuente importante de ingresos en el complejo panorama económico. Dentro de los Lineamientos de la política económica y social del Partido y la Revolución, el 265, en tal dirección plantea: Dinamizar e impulsar el desarrollo del turismo nacional mediante la creación de ofertas que posibiliten el mayor aprovechamiento de la infraestructura creada en hoteles y otros atractivos turísticos recreativos e históricos.(Cuba, 2011). En la presente investigación, se analizan las características del turismo de ciudad en Santa Clara, sus recursos socioculturales y patrimoniales; se presenta la caracterización actual del Hotel Los Caneyes y de la parcela donde se ubicaba el antiguo Cabaret Cacique; se plantea la tarea del proyecto con las inversiones necesarias, según los requisitos establecidos por la política turística en Cuba. Se grafican todas las ideas, se exponen planos técnicos y toda la información necesaria para la comprensión de la propuesta. En correspondencia con ello y sobre la base del cambio de vocación del turismo de tránsito en Santa Clara hacia uno de estancia, el presente proyecto de diploma propone, a través de ideas conceptuales avanzadas, un completamiento del programa del Hotel Los Caneyes, con la inserción y el rescate del Complejo Recreativo y Cultural “Cacique”, para el mejoramiento de su imagen y producto turístico extrahotelero, con los beneficios para la ciudad de Santa Clara.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe development of tourism in our country constitutes an important source of money in the economic field. Among the lineaments of the social and economic politics of the Revolution, the item 265 tackles To dynamize and impel the development of the national tourism by means of the creation of offers that promote the major proficiency of the infrastructure created in hotels, and other recreational , touristic and historical sites (CUBA,2011). By means of the present research work, the characteristics of the tourism are analyzed in the city of Santa Clara, its socio-cultural resources and those related to its patrimony. The present characterization of the Hotel Los Caneyes and the field where the former cabaret called Cacique are exposed. The project has been made taking into account the established requisite according to the touristic politics in Cuba and with the planning of the necessary investments .All the ideas have been drawn by using graphics and plans. The technical plans along with all the necessary information for the comprehension of the proposal are given. In correspondence with all this and aiming the possible change of the vocation of the tourism of transfer in Santa Clara towards a tourism of stay, the present project of diploma proposes through advanced conceptual ideas, a more complete infrastructure in relation to the Program of the Hotel “Los Caneyes” with the insertion and the rescue of the Cabaret Cacique regarding the improvement of its appearance and extra-hotel touristic service with the benefits to the city of Santa Clara.en_US
