| dc.description.abstract | En el funcionamiento de las organizaciones dedicadas a la producción y comercialización es de vital importancia una adecuada Gestión de Inventario. En la UEB Productora de Pienso Villa Clara se realiza de forma empírica, en ausencia total de métodos o técnicas fundamentadas científicamente que permitan su optimización. Para darle solución a estas deficiencias se desarrolló un procedimiento para el diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Inventario realizado en la entidad objeto de estudio, el cuál se apoya en el empleo del método ABC multicriterio para la clasificación de los artículos en inventario, además de la utilización de herramientas informáticas como el SPSS para comprobar el supuesto de normalidad que debe ser cumplido por los datos que son usados para determinar los parámetros de los Sistemas de Gestión de Inventario. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron caracterizar el estado actual de la empresa objeto de estudio en cuánto a sus inventarios, además de conocer el momento y la cantidad de sus pedidos teniendo en cuenta varios factores como la demanda y el plazo de entrega. Estos resultados constituyeron una validación del procedimiento propuesto y estuvieron precedidos por el análisis de documentos que abordaban definiciones y conceptos acerca de la Logística, el inventario y su clasificación. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the operation of the organizations dedicated to the production and commercialization is of vital importance an appropriate Administration of Inventory. In most of the cases this he/she is carried out in an empiric way, in total absence of methods or techniques based scientifically that they allow their optimization. To give solution to these deficiencies a procedure it was developed for the design of the System of Administration of Inventory carried out in the UEB Producer of I Think Villa Clara, the which he/she leans on in the employment of the method ABC multicriterio for the classification of the articles in inventory besides the use of computer tools as the SPSS to check the supposition of normality that should be completed by the data that are used to determine the parameters of the Systems of Administration of Inventory. The obtained results allowed to characterize the current state of the company study object in how much to their inventories, besides knowing the moment and the quantity of their orders having in bill several factors like the demand and the delivery term. These results constituted a validation of the proposed procedure and they were preceded by the analysis of documents that approached definitions and concepts about the Logistics, the inventory and their classification. | en_US |
