Resumen
En la actualidad la organización de las obras en Cuba está presentando
problemas entre otros motivos debido a la carencia de bibliografía sobre el tema y
en especial en las obras hidráulicas por la falta de una metodología específica
para este tipo de obras, que permita que el encargado de esta tarea tenga un
dominio completo de los trabajos de la obra, el tiempo, el costo y los recursos
necesarios y disponibles. Por esto en el presente trabajo se realiza una
investigación sobre la temática de la “Organización de las Obras Hidráulicas’’ que
mejorará y facilitará este proceso en las empresas y a la vez contribuirá a la
enseñanza en la carrera de Ingeniería Hidráulica, brindando una propuesta con
indicaciones, sugerencias, pasos y metodologías a seguir para optimizar este
proceso. El presente informe final posee una estructuración ordenada de los
temas de la temática “Organización de Obras Hidráulicas”, proporcionando una
nueva herramienta de trabajo y estudio adaptada a las condiciones teóricoprácticas que rigen la producción y la enseñanza y se pone al servicio de los
profesionales, estudiantes y profesores. Para esto se utilizó el método de consulta
a especialistas, la revisión de documentos y el método de triangulación de la
información, entre otros.
El informe final está dividido en tres capítulos, el primero donde se crea la base
teórica conceptual de la investigación, el segundo donde se propone la estructura
del documento creado y el tercero donde se realiza una valoración de esta
propuesta.
At present, the organization of the works in Cuba is presenting problems among other reasons due to the lack of bibliography on the subject and especially in hydraulic works due to the lack of a specific methodology for this type of works, which allows the person in charge of this task have a complete command of the works of the work, the time, the cost and the necessary and available resources. For this reason, in the present work an investigation is made on the subject of the "Organization of the Hydraulic Works" that will improve and facilitate this process in the companies and at the same time it will contribute to the teaching in the Hydraulic Engineering career, offering proposal with indications, suggestions, steps and methodologies to follow to optimize this process. The present final report has an organized structuring of the themes of the theme "Organization of Hydraulic Works", providing a new work and study tool adapted to the theoretical-practical conditions that govern production and teaching and is at the service of the professionals, students and teachers. For this, the method of consulting specialists, the review of documents and the method of triangulation of information, among others, were used. The final report is divided into three chapters, the first where the conceptual theoretical basis of the research is created, the second where the structure of the document created is proposed and the third where an assessment of this proposal is made.
