dc.description.abstractEl trabajo consiste en evaluar el sistema de máquinas utilizado en la Finca Integral “El Mingo” para extraer almidón a partir de los rizomas de Sagú. Para ejecutar el mismo se elaboró la base metodológica correspondiente, arribándose a la conclusión de que algunas de sus máquinas parecen estar sobre dimensionadas de acuerdo a la potencia absorbida y energía consumidas. El trabajo está expuesto en un total de 48 páginas, incluyendo 4 tablas y 29 figuras, cuenta con la Introducción, tres capítulos, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Para su confección se utilizaron 34 fuentes y bibliografías, y en el cuerpo de la memoria del trabajo están asentados tres anexos, que forma un volumen general del mismo de 50páginas.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe work consists of evaluating the machine system used in the Integral Farm "El Mingo" to extract starch from the rhizomes of Sagú. In order to execute the same, the corresponding methodological basis was elaborated, arriving at the conclusion that some of its machines seem to be over dimensioned according to the power absorbed and energy consumed. The work is exposed in a total of 48 pages, including 4 tables and 29 figures, has the Introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations. For its preparation 34 sources and bibliographies were used, and in the body of the memory of the work are seated three annexes, that form a general volume of the same of 50 pages.en_US
