| dc.description.abstract | El costo es la expresión monetaria de los gastos incurridos en la producción y realización de una mercancía o en la prestación de un servicio. Su utilidad en la gestión y dirección de la producción de bienes o servicios es de singular importancia, ya que no sólo es necesario conocer los resultados generales, sino también la eficiencia con que se logran dichos resultados. El presente trabajo se realizó en la Empresa Eléctrica de Villa Clara, perteneciente a la Unión Eléctrica Nacional y al MINBAS (Ministerio de la Industria Básica ). Esta se encuentra situada en Luís Estévez 351, Santa Clara Villa Clara. Este se llevó a cabo por la necesidad de perfeccionar el Sistema de Costos implantado en la entidad, como premisa del mejoramiento continuo en aras del Perfeccionamiento Empresarial, en el cual se encuentra inmersa desde el 15 de Mayo del 2002. Uno de los métodos fundamentales para lograr el perfeccionamiento lo es sin duda el diagnóstico, este nos permite conocer la situación actual del sistema objeto de análisis, llegando a delimitar su estado, las insuficiencias que presenta, las causas que la originan, su manifestación, los posibles efectos, así como lograr identificar las formas y vías más indicadas para su erradicación en aras de alcanzar los objetivos previstos. Para su consecución se realizó una amplia búsqueda bibliográfica, así como un estudio del sistema de costos establecido en la organización lo que permitió arribar a conclusiones y recomendaciones para el mejoramiento del mismo. | en_US |
