| dc.description.abstract | Los estudios en torno a las políticas culturales a nivel mundial han alcanzado mayor auge en estos tiempos en los que los cambios económicos y tecnológicos exigen una reconfiguración de las maneras en que desde la política se concibe la cultura. La presente investigación persigue describir la implementación de la Política Cultural cubana en la emisora CMHW desde los componentes material, organizativo y cognitivo. Para ello se asume un tipo de estudio etnográfico y un diseño microetnográfico. Las técnicas y los instrumentos seleccionados fueron: la observación participante, el análisis de documentos, la entrevista en profundidad y el análisis de contenido a los programas y los guiones como técnica de apoyo. Para ello los sujetos de la investigación se dividen en informantes e informantes claves y se utiliza una muestra gris para los documentos a analizar. Desde la triangulación de datos se procesan y se obtienen los resultados. La investigación posibilitó declarar cuáles son las principales mediaciones infraestructurales, estructurales y supraestructurales que determinan la implementación de la Política Cultural en la CMHW. Se pudo constatar cómo la apropiación de las implicaciones de la política cultural por parte de los sujetos dista de lo que finalmente se produce. Se recomienda potenciar en la CMHW un debate en torno a la Política Cultural cubana que permitan acercar las nociones que se tienen sobre el tema hacia los principios que se defienden desde el proyecto social cubano. También se propone consolidar el vínculo con las instituciones culturales que tributan a la implementación de la Política Cultural con el fin de unificar los criterios entre ellas. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Studies about cultural policies worldwide have reached peak in these times when economic and technological changes call for a reconfiguration of the ways in which culture from politics is conceived. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Cuban Cultural Policy at the CMHW station from the material, organizational and cognitive components. For that purpose a type of ethnographic study and microethnographic design is assumed. The techniques and instruments selected were: participant observation, document analysis, in-depth interviews and content analysis of the programs and scripts as supportive technique. To do this, the research subjects are divided into informers and key informants, and a gray sample is used for the documents to analyze. From the triangulation of data the results are processed and obtained. The research allowed to declare what are the major infrastructural, structural and superstructural mediations which determine the implementation of the Cultural Policy in the CMHW. It was found how the appropriation of the implications of cultural policy by the subject is far from what is finally produced. It is recommended to strengthen, in the CMHW, a debate about the Cuban cultural policy that allows to bring the notions that they have on Cultural Policy towards defending the principles from the Cuban social project. It is also proposed to reinforce the bond with cultural institutions that contribute to the implementation of the Cultural Policy in order to unify criteria between them. | en_US |
