dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo investigativo se registran las consideraciones generales sobre el impacto del Diplomado en Dirección y Gestión Empresarial en cuadros administrativos de la Empresa Azucarera (AZCUBA) de Villa Clara. Para ello, el estudio se inicia con una aproximación al concepto de impacto, así como a los efectos del mismo en este tipo de capacitación. A partir de lo antes enunciado se declaran las principales acciones del impacto de este trabajo; también se enfatiza en el rol del jefe en la capacitación. Se declaran, además, las etapas de análisis para el impacto antes, durante y después. Entre otros factores fueron atendidas las etapas de evaluación de dicho proceso, y es a raíz de éstos, que se demuestra el valor e importancia de los cuadros para el fortalecimiento de la economía cubana. Se efectuó un diagnóstico general de los cuadros a través del cual se manifiesta su importancia en la organización. Entonces se registran los resultados de la encuesta sobre el impacto aplicada a los principales cuadros que han cursado dicho diplomado, detectando el problema más significativo y proponiéndose un Plan de Acción. Como resultado de lo antes planteado se propone un procedimiento general para la evaluación del impacto donde se atienden tanto los aspectos importantes a destacar como los negativos. Se realiza un estudio de los lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución del Séptimo Congreso y los objetivos de la Primera Conferencia que están vinculados con la temática del presente trabajo. Asimismo, se concibió el sistema de leyes, principios y las exigencias a satisfacer para la instrumentación del procedimiento general. Es a partir del criterio para la selección de los expertos que se definió el número a utilizar, aplicando el método de expertos para la evaluación del procedimiento elaborado.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this research, the general considerations about the impact of the Diploma in Management and Business Management are recorded in administrative cadres of the Sugar Company (AZCUBA) of Villa Clara. For this, the study begins with an approach to the concept of impact, as well as the effects of the same in this type of training. From the above statement the main actions of the impact of this work are declared; also emphasizes the role of the boss in the training. The stages of analysis for impact before, during and after are also stated. Among other factors, the evaluation stages of this process were taken into account, and it is from these that the value and importance of the cadres for the strengthening of the Cuban economy is demonstrated. A general diagnosis of the cadres was made through which their importance in the organization is manifested. Then the results of the impact survey applied to the main cadres that have been taken by the graduate are registered, detecting the most significant problem and proposing a Plan of Action. As a result of the above, it is proposed a general procedure for impact assessment that addresses both important and negative aspects. There is a study of the guidelines of the Party's Economic and Social Policy and the Revolution of the Seventh Congress and the objectives of the First Conference that are linked to the theme of this work. Also, the system of laws, principles and the requirements to be satisfied for the implementation of the general procedure was conceived. It is from the criterion for the selection of the experts that the number to be used was defined, applying the expert method for the evaluation of the elaborated procedure.en_US
