dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto investigativo se centra en el Diseño de un Procedimiento para el diagnostico y mejora de la gestión de almacenamiento de la empresa GEOCUBA VC-SS ubicada en carretera central # 58, Municipio Santa Clara, Villa Clara específicamente en la Unidad Básica de Apoyo a la Producción (UBAP) cuya función es satisfacer las necesidades de Aseguramiento Técnico Material de la empresa. Por otra parte se realiza una revisión bibliográfica sobre los aspectos relacionados con este tema, la cual permite profundizar en los principales conceptos, criterios y metodologías a tratar en el trabajo, así como los elementos a tener en cuenta para el uso de los almacenes. En este trabajo además, se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa, realizándose una breve descripción de la misma, analizando el objeto de estudio, la forma de realización del almacenamiento en la entidad, así como la definición de los problemas presentados durante este proceso. Por último se realiza se realiza una propuesta de solución a los mismoso. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo investigativo y el logro de los objetivos propuestos, se emplearon las técnicas de análisis y recopilación de datos, entrevistas, encuestas, etc., cada una de ellas fue utilizada indistintamente en una u otra etapa de la investigación hasta llegar al objetivo final que propició la realización de la misma.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present investigative project is centered in the Design of a Procedure for the diagnose and it improves of the administration of storage of the General warehouses of the company GEOCUBA VC-SS located in central highway #58, Municipality Santa Clara, Villa Clara specifically in the Basic Unit of Support to the Production (UBAP) whose function is to satisfy the necessities of Material Technical Insurance of the company. On the other hand it is carried out a bibliographical revision on the aspects related with this topic, which allows deepening in the main concepts, approaches and methodologies to try in the work, as well as the elements to keep in mind for the use of the warehouses. In this work also, it is made a diagnosis of the current situation of the company, being carried out a brief description of the same one, analyzing the study object, the form of realization of the storage in the entity, as well as the definition of the problems presented during this process. Lastly it is carried out solution proposal to the problems detected. To carry out this investigative work and the achievement of the proposed objectives, the analysis techniques and summary of data were used, interviews, surveys, etc., each one of them was used indistinctly in an or another stage of the investigation until arriving to the final objective that propitiated the realization of the same one.en_US
