| dc.description.abstract | El Desarrollo Local es un concepto que pretende dar respuesta a través de una estrategia fuerte, pero a la vez moldeable, a las necesidades de un territorio basado en la identificación de sus rubros más y menos fuertes, y a patrir de esto, poner en práctica un método de trabajo vinculado a todas las tareas o acciones a realizar, enfocándose en potenciar aún más los factores representativos del territorio y destinando parte de los beneficios al impulso de los menos desarrollados. Este trabajo de diploma pretende ser un instrumento de acercamiento al tema de la implementación de las estrategias integrales de desarrollo territorial en los contextos nacional e internacional; y como esta estrategia se ve aplicada a un ejemplo práctico de tarea de proyecto arquitectónico en el municipio de Santa Clara. A través del análisis de los factores que intervienen en el proceso de concepción, diseño y ejecución del proyecto se plantea una solución que se ajusta a las nececidades actuales del territorio y a la nueva propuesta de modelo económico y social de la Revolución cubana. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Local development is a concept that aims to respond through a strong strategy, but at the same time a formative, to the needs of a territory based on the identification of its more and less strong sectors, and from this point, put into practice a working method linked to all tasks or actions to be carried out, focusing on further enhancing the representative factors of the territory and allocating part of the benefits to the development of the least developed factors. This work aims to be an instrument to approach the issue of the implementation of comprehensive territorial development strategies in national and international contexts; and how this strategy is applied to a practical example of architectural project task in the municipality of Santa Clara. Through an analysis of the factors involved in the process of conception, design and execution of the project, a solution is proposed that fits the current needs of the territory and the new proposal of economic and social model of the Cuban Revolution. | en_US |
