dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general, mejorar el proceso de evaluación del desempeño del personal no docente de la Unidad Presupuestada de Educación en el municipio de Placetas. Parte de un estudio bibliográfico que abarca diferentes aristas relacionadas con el tema, además de un análisis crítico de los principales enfoques y criterios de diferentes investigadores, lo que amplía las posibilidades de rigor científico a los resultados obtenidos. Se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la evaluación del desempeño en la Unidad Administrativa por medio de encuestas a los trabajadores, determinándose las principales deficiencias del proceso. A partir de aquí se elaboró un procedimiento para realizar la ED en la misma donde, entre otros elementos, se determinaron nuevos indicadores de desempeño utilizando el método de expertos, debido a que los que se utilizan son pocos objetivos y no evalúan el desempeño del trabajador con la profundidad que requiere. Concluida esta etapa se realiza un rediseño de la ED en la Unidad Administrativa y se toma una muestra piloto donde se pudo determinar que este nuevo rediseño es efectivo y cumple con los objetivos de manera que cada trabajador es evaluado por la calidad con que logran las metas que ellos mismos han contribuido a establecer.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present work has as general objective, to improve the process of evaluation of the acting of the non educational personnel of the Budgotten Unit of Education in the municipality of Placetas. It leaves of a bibliographical study that embraces different edges related with the topic, besides a critical analysis of the main focuses and different investigators' approaches, what enlarges the possibilities of scientific rigor to the obtained results. He/she is carried out a diagnosis of the current situation of the evaluation of the acting in the Administrative Unit by means of surveys to the workers, being determined the main deficiencies of the process. Starting from here a procedure was elaborated to carry out the ED in the same one where, among other elements, new acting indicators were determined using the method of experts, because those that are used are few objectives and they don't evaluate the worker's acting with the depth that requires. Concluded this stage is carried out an I redraw of the ED in the Administrative Unit and he/she takes a sample pilot where you could determine that this new one redraws it is effective and it fulfills the objectives so that each worker is evaluated by the quality with which they achieve the goals that themselves has contributed to settle down.en_US
