dc.description.abstractEn la provincia de Sancti Spíritus, luego de unas décadas de inactividad, se ha retomado el trabajo de planeamiento hidráulico, herramienta de planificación imprescindible para estudiar y ordenar la explotación del agua en las obras e inversiones de la rama. El Esquema de Aprovechamiento Hidráulico Provincial del año 2018 arrojó una serie de problemáticas referidas a los recursos hídricos y la infraestructura hidráulica en la provincia, alejados de las potencialidades reales de la misma. A partir de esta problemática se trabajó en cómo confeccionar, a partir de la situación actual de los recursos e infraestructura hidráulica, un documento que establezca los fundamentos básicos para garantizar en el futuro el cumplimiento de los principios establecidos en la Política Nacional del Agua y otros documentos rectores. En este trabajo se elaboró un Esquema de Aprovechamiento Hidráulico (ideal) que optimiza el uso de este recurso en total conformidad con las prioridades y principios establecidos en la Política Nacional del Agua. Además se evaluó integralmente la situación de los recursos e infraestructura hidráulica para determinar las deficiencias en cada uno de los elementos que conforman el Esquema Provincial de Aprovechamiento Hidráulico.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the province of Sancti Spíritus, after a few decades of inactivity, the work of hydraulic planning has been resumed, an essential planning tool to study and order the exploitation of water in the works and investments of the branch. The Scheme of Provincial Hydraulic Use of the year 2018 threw a series of problems related to water resources and hydraulic infrastructure in the province, far from the real potential of it. Based on this problem, we worked on how to prepare, based on the current situation of the resources and hydraulic infrastructure, a document that establishes the basic foundations to guarantee in the future compliance with the principles established in the National Water Policy and others guiding documents In this work, a Hydraulic Exploitation Scheme (ideal) was developed that optimizes the use of this resource in full compliance with the priorities and principles established in the National Water Policy. In addition, the situation of the hydraulic resources and infrastructure was fully evaluated to determine the deficiencies in each of the elements that make up the Provincial Scheme of Hydraulic Use.en_US
