Resumen
La presente investigación considera como problema científico la interrogante de cómo
elevar el compromiso de los trabajadores para lograr un mayor índice de permanencia
en la entidad. Persigue como objetivo general elaborar una propuesta de
Endomarketing para elevar dicho Compromiso Organizacional. Los objetivos
específicos en los que se enmarca la investigación son: realizar un estudio del marco
teórico referencial, analizar los indicadores que motivan el elevado índice de
ausentismo, diagnosticar el tipo de compromiso que poseen los trabajadores para con
la empresa, diseñar un Plan de Endomarketing en la empresa acorde a las
características y el objeto de estudio y por último validar por el criterio de expertos la
propuesta.
Como hipótesis se plantea que: si se consigue que los trabajadores y en el caso que se
investiga los que faltan, estén más identificados e implicados en la organización
mayores serán las probabilidades de que permanezcan en ella, posibilitando el
desarrollo de las habilidades y capacidades colectivas, formando equipos de trabajos
cohesionados que en definitiva conducirán a que la organización sea más eficiente y
consiga sus objetivos. El aporte teórico fundamental es la confección de un modelo que
mide el compromiso organizacional de los trabajadores y el diseño de un plan de
Endomarketing para elevar dicho compromiso. El aporte práctico es la posible
integración de la propuesta de Endomarketing a la estrategia de Recursos Humanos.
The present investigation considers as scientific problem the query he/she gives how to elevate the commitment gives the workers to achieve a bigger index he/she gives permanency in the entity. The specific objectives in those that the investigation is framed are: to carry out a study gives the mark theoretical referencial, to analyze the indicators that motivate the high index gives absenteeism, to diagnose the type gives commitment that the workers possess towards the company, to design a Plan gives Endomarketing in the in agreement company to the characteristics and the object gives study and lastly to validate for the approach gives expert the proposal. As hypothesis he thinks about that: if it is gotten that the workers and in the case that is investigated those that they lack, be identified and implied in the organization adults they will be the probabilities he gives that they remain in her, facilitating the development gives the abilities and collective capacities, forming hardwares gives cohesive works that will drive in definitive to that the organization is more efficient and get its objectives. The fundamental theoretical contribution is the making he gives a model that measures the organizational commitment he gives the workers and the design gives a plan he gives Endomarketing to elevate this commitment. The practical contribution is the possible integration he gives the proposal he gives Endomarketing to the strategy he gives human resources.
