dc.description.abstractLa empresa cubana actual transita por un proceso de renovación que se cristaliza en la implementación del Perfeccionamiento Empresarial. Como parte de este proceso se desarrolla la presente investigación que consiste en el Diagnóstico de Comunicación Organizacional de la Empresa de Proyectos de Arquitectura e Ingeniería de la provincia de Sancti Spíritus. El objetivo del estudio es diagnosticar la comunicación organizacional en la empresa. En relación con la metodología utilizada la investigación se adscribe a la alternativa cuantitativa, realizándose un estudio descriptivo con un diseño no experimental, transaccional-descriptivo. Los principales instrumentos utilizados fueron la revisión documental, entrevistas y cuestionarios. Los resultados obtenidos se analizaron mediante el análisis matemático estadístico y fueron contrarrestados por análisis descriptivos interpretativos. Como resultado de la investigación se obtuvo que la comunicación en la empresa se articula de manera efectiva, aunque a partir de acciones carentes de planificación. No existen instrumentos para su gestión estratégica por lo que se recomienda la sistematización de las investigaciones sobre el tema, la creación de un departamento o el nombramiento de un especialista de la comunicación en la empresa que se subordine directamente al director general.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe current Cuban company is going through a renewal process that crystallizes in the implementation of Business Improvement. As part of this process, the present investigation is developed, which consists of the Organizational Communication Diagnosis of the Architecture and Engineering Projects Company of the province of Sancti Spíritus. The objective of the study is to diagnose organizational communication in the company. In relation to the methodology used, the research is ascribed to the quantitative alternative, carrying out a descriptive study with a non-experimental, transactional-descriptive design. The main instruments used were the review of documents, interviews and surveys. The results obtained were analyzed by statistical mathematical analysis. They were countered by descriptive interpretative analyzes. As a result of the research, it was obtained that communication in the company is articulated effectively, although from actions lacking in planning. There are no instruments for its strategic management. Therefore, the systematization of research on the subject is recommended, the creation of a department or the appointment of a communication specialist in the company who is in charge of managing it strategically and who reports directly to the general manager.en_US
