Resumen
En el trabajo se fabricaron electrodos tubulares de diámetro 3.5 mm destinados a la
soldadura manual por arco eléctrico (SMAW). La carga utilizada en la fabricación del
consumible esta constituida por cascarilla de laminación (Fe2O3, Fe3O4, FeO, Fe,)
Aluminio en polvo y sinter de níquel cubano. El empleo de estos elementos en la carga
tiene como objetivo evaluar su efecto en la estructura del cordón de soldadura,
esencialmente la repercusión del níquel en la formación de la ferrita acicular y por tanto
en las propiedades de resistencia mecánica de la unión.
In the work tubular electrodes of diameter 3.5 mm were manufactured dedicated to the manual welding by electric arch (SMAW) under conditions. The load used in the production of the consumable one this constituted by (Fe2O3, Fe3O4, FeO, Fe,) powdered Aluminum and sinter of Cuban nickel. The employment of these elements in the load has as objective to evaluate its effect in the structure of the welding cord essentially the repercussion of the nickel in the formation of the ferrite acicular and therefore in the properties of mechanical resistance of the union.
