Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Diploma se realizo para obtener un software que mejore el servicio de
la Tienda de ATM a los clientes del 5% y 10%, debido a la necesidad de agilizar y modernizar
este proceso.
Este sistema es desarrollado usando Software Libre, en este caso osCommerce, un producto
libre basado en PHP y MySQL, al cual se le agregan y modifican varios módulos para
adaptarlo a las necesidades de ATM. Al finalizar la implementación del sistema se cuenta con
una tienda online desarrollada en un corto tiempo y con las facilidades necesarias para lograr
satisfacer a los clientes que se les ha asignado un porciento del dinero de sus proyectos para
comprar en la Tienda de ATM y mejorar las condiciones de trabajo de las personas
encargadas de atenderlos.
Con este producto llegamos a resultados concretos del uso de Software Libre para el desarrollo
de aplicaciones, sus ventajas y la importancia que tiene desde el punto de vista tecnológico,
económico, en el tiempo de desarrollo y calidad del software, logrando la seguridad e
integración con el sistema de cuentas de usuarios de la UCLV.
This work has the objective to obtain a software to improve the service of the ATM Shop to the clients of the 5% and 10%, due to the necessity to make this process more modern and rapid. This system was developed using Free Software, in this case we use osCommerce, a free product based on PHP and MySQL, customized through addition and modification of several units to adapt it to the ATM’s necessities. At the end of the development of the system we count with an online shop developed in a short time and with all the facilities to satisfy the clients who has a percentage of the money of their projects assigned to buy in the ATM Shop and to improve the work conditions of the persons in charge to attend them. With this work we arrive at real results of the applications of Free Software, its advantages and the importance it have from the economic and technological point of view in the development time and the quality of the software, increasing integration and security with the users management system running at the UCLV.
