dc.description.abstractLas necesidades del turista actual, informado y respetuoso del medio ambiente, provocan el creciente desarrollo del turismo alternativo y dentro de este el turismo rural, alternativa capaz de ofrecer nuevos productos turísticos sostenibles que contribuyen al desarrollo local de las comunidades rurales de acogida. La finca ¨Rancho Paraíso¨ ubicada en el poblado de Viñas perteneciente a la ciudad de Remedios, dedicada a la producción agropecuaria, cuenta con los recursos turísticos e infraestructura necesarios para el desarrollo del agroturismo como modalidad específica. El objetivo de este estudio es diseñar el producto turístico rural finca ¨Rancho Paraíso¨ para incorporarlo a la oferta turística no estatal del municipio de Remedios, como iniciativa de desarrollo local. Para ello se analizaron diferentes metodologías, la autora, asume la aplicación de la propuesta por Funcia (2009), porque engloba los requisitos fundamentales para tal empeño, se basa en métodos científicos de investigación y es viable de aplicar a este tipo de ejercicio. El estudio dio como resultado teórico una amplia recopilación bibliográfica sobre el tema en cuestión susceptible de ser consultada por estudiosos y prestatarios turísticos. Desde el punto de vista práctico, su aplicación permitió identificar la demanda potencial para el turismo rural en el municipio de Remedios, así como los atractivos y actividades para satisfacerlas, integradas en el diseño del producto agroturístico finca ¨Rancho Paraíso¨, se demostró su factibilidad al enriquecer la oferta turística en el destino y estimular el desarrollo local endógeno, de esta manera se resuelve el problema científico que dio inicio a la investigacióen_US
dc.description.abstractThe necessities of the current, informed and respectful tourist of the environment, cause the growing development of the alternative tourism and inside this the rural tourism, alternative able to offer new sustainable tourist products that contribute to the local development of the rural communities. The property ¨Rancho Paraíso¨ located in the town of Viñas in the municipality of Remedios, dedicated to the agricultural production, has the tourist resources and necessary infrastructure to develop the agrotourism like specific modality. The objective of this study is to design the rural tourist product property ¨Rancho Paraíso¨ to incorporate it inside the not state tourist offer of Remedios, as initiative of local development. For that reason it were analyzed different methodologies, the author assumes those proposal for Funcia (2009), because it includes the fundamental requirements to reach the goal, it is based on scientific methods of investigation and it is viable of applying to this exercise type. The study gave as a theoretical result a wide bibliographical summary of rural tourism that can be consulted by studious and tourist borrowers. From the practical side, their application allowed to identify the potential demand for the rural tourism in the municipality of Remedies, as well as the attractive and activities to satisfy them, integrated in the design of the product property ¨Rancho Paraíso¨, its feasibility was demonstrated when enriching the tourist offer in the destination and to stimulate the endogenous local development, this way it is solved the scientific problem that gave beginning to the investigation.en_US
