| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar la efectividad de la implementación de un Sistema Integrado basado en Panal Trampa, Cambio de Reinas y Buenas Prácticas de Manejo de Colmenas como método de reducción de la tasa de infestación de Varroa destructor. Se investigaron 467 apiarios, se muestrearon tres colmenas por apiario, para un tamaño de muestra de 3 257. Se realizó un análisis epidemiológico descriptivo de tipo retrospectivo, del comportamiento de la ocurrencia de varroasis. Se analizó una serie cronológica de tres años y se determinó la focalidad, la distribución espacial de la infestación, la tendencia, estacionalidad y canales de comportamiento habitual de la tasa de infestación por varroasis .Se realizó un análisis de riesgo, aplicándose un estudio analítico observacional de tipo transversal, para determinar si había asociación entre los factores evaluados y la enfermedad. Análisis de proporción binomial y prueba de Chi cuadrado para la tasa de infestación entre municipios. La focalidad por Varroasis en la provincia de Villa Clara fue de un 100% y la tasa de infestación fue de 3,1. La Varroasis tiene una distribución espacial concentrada en los municipios de Corrali llo, Santo Domingo y Ranchuelo. El comportamiento epizoótiológico de la Varroasis muestra una estacionalidad en los meses de enero a marzo, el canal enzoótico de la tasa de infestación por Varroa para el territorio, en un período de tres años fue de 2,2 a 4,6 y la tendencia es a la disminución. La implementación del sistema Integrado constituye un factor de protección ante la Varroasis. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | He objective of the present work was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of an Integrated System based on Honeycomb Trap, Change of Queens and Good Practices of Handling of Beehives like method of reduction of the rate of infestation of destructive Varroa. 467apiarios were investigated, you specimen three beehives for apiario, for a size of sample of 3 257. He/she was carried out a descriptive epidemic analysis of retrospective type, of the behavior of the occurrence the varroasis. A three year-old chronological series was analyzed and the meeting, the space distribution of the infestation, was determined the tendency, stationaty and channels of habitual behavior of the infestation rate by varroasis. He/she was carried out an analysis of risk, being applied an observational analytic study of traverse type, to determine if there was association between the evaluated factors and the illness. Analysis of binomial proportion and test of Chi squared for the infestation rate among municipalities. The meeting for Varroasis in the county of Villa Clara was of 100% and the infestation rate was of 3,1. The Varroasis has a space distribution concentrated on the municipalities of Corralillo, Sacred Domingo and Ranchuelo. The behavior epizootologic of the Varroasis shows an stationaty in the months of January to March, the channel enzoótico of the infestation rate for Varroa for the territory, in a three year-old period went from 2,2 to 4,6 and the tendency is to the decrease.
