Resumen
El objeto de estudio de esta investigación son los materiales que componen el puente
de ferrocarril Km 9.568.
El objetivo general es realizar la caracterización de los materiales que conforman el
puente ferroviario Km 9.568 mediante la realización de diversos ensayos mecánicos,
químicos y metalográficos.
Se lleva a cabo un estudio detallado de los materiales que conforman el puente de
ferrocarril Km 9.568, que cuenta con más de cien años, así como de los ensayos que se efectuarán para caracterizarlos.
Se realizan ensayos químico, metalográfico, de dureza, tracción e impacto utilizando las
normas correspondientes para cada caso.
Se modela el ensayo mediante el método de los elementos finitos y finalmente, se
define cuál de los materiales actuales se corresponde con los materiales del puente, a
los efectos de valorar su reparación.

The test is modeled by means the method of the finite elements and finally, is defined which of the present materials corresponds with the bridge materials, to the effects to value its repair.
