Diagnóstico del proceso de Perfeccionamiento Empresarial en la empresa Materiales de Construcción de Villa Clara

Resumen
El presente trabajo se realizó en la empresa Materiales de Construcción de Villa
Clara con el objetivo de diagnosticar el estado actual de los sistemas que
conforman el Proceso de Perfeccionamiento Empresarial en la misma; para el
desarrollo del mismo se tomó como marco la Guía Metodológica del
Diagnóstico aprobada por el Grupo Ejecutivo del Perfeccionamiento
Empresarial del Comité Ejecutivo del Consejo de Ministros y se hicieron las
adecuaciones necesarias en correspondencia con las características, para
realizar el diagnóstico de todos los sistemas que establece el Decreto 281 del
Consejo de Ministro, fue necesario elaborar encuestas a dirigente y
trabajadores, realizar entrevistas, tormentas de ideas, revisión de informes y
demás documentos.
Al concluir el diagnóstico realizado de abajo hacia arriba y viceversa, se pudo
contar con el banco de problemas de toda la empresa y sobre todo enriquecido
mediante un proceso participativo de todos los trabajadores y dirigentes de la
entidad, una vez analizado cada problema y clasificado en interno y externos,
se confeccionó la propuesta de plan de acción con vista a erradicar o minimizar
el efecto de estos y las deficiencias detectadas, todo ello para lograr un
principio fundamental del Perfeccionamiento: la mejora continua.
Concluido el diagnóstico y elaborado el plan de acción, debe someterse a la
aprobación del Consejo de Dirección de la Empresa y posteriormente proceder
a realizar las modificaciones que sean necesarias al expediente del
Perfeccionamiento.
This work is fulfilled in the Construction Material enterprise of Villa Clara with the main objective to diagnose the present state of the systems that conform the enterprise improvement’s process of this; to the development of this system is taken as frome of the Methodology guide of diagnostic aproved by the executive group of the improvement’s enterprise of the executive committee of the counsel of Ministres and are made the necessary fitnesses in accordance with the characteristics; to realize the diagnostic of all the systems that establish the resolution 281 of the counsel of Minister, was necessary to make inquiries to directing and workers, make intervenes brain stowing, inform revision and other documents. To conclude the fulfilled diagnostic dawn and up and the other way around, we could count with the bank of problems of the whole enterprise and it war enriched by weans of a participative process of every directing and workers of the enterprise, once, after being analysed each problem and classified in internal and external is made a proposal of plan of action to eradicate their effects and the detected deficiency, all of this to achieve a fundamental principle of improvement: the continuants increasing. Concluded the diagnostic and made the plan of action, the Counsel of Direction of the enterprise should approve it and subsequently proceed to make the necessary changer to the improvement file.
