Resumen
Esta investigación responde a las demandas tecnológicas del Fútbol en la provincia de Villa Clara referidas a la preparación táctica y psicológica en la iniciación deportiva, constituye una línea de investigación de los Centros de Estudios de Psicología del Deporte y Juegos Deportivos referida a las limitadas acciones en el programa de enseñanza del Fútbol para el desarrollo del pensamiento operativo, lo que se proyecta en el problema científico: ¿Cómo contribuir a la estimulación del pensamiento operativo de los futbolistas en la iniciación deportiva?, se plantea como objetivo: proponer Juegos Tácticos de Fútbol para estimular el pensamiento operativo de los futbolistas en la iniciación deportiva. Se emplearon métodos como el analítico sintético, el inductivo deductivo, el histórico lógico, la modelación, el análisis de documentos, la observación, la entrevista, el pre experimento, pruebas, el criterio de especialistas y métodos estadísticos. Después de aplicados los Juegos Tácticos los futbolistas emplean los elementos técnicos mediante el diálogo con su entrenador y son capaces de analizar y reflexionar las acciones positivas y negativas en situaciones tácticas de juego. Los especialistas plantean que los Juegos Tácticos seleccionados resultan efectivos en el desarrollo del pensamiento operativo de los futbolistas en la iniciación deportiva.
This research answers to the technological demands of Soccer in the province of Villa Clara referred to the tactical and psychological training in the sport initiation, the research constitutes a line of the Center of Sport Psychology and Game Studies referred to the limited actions in the Soccer teaching program for the development of the operative thought, this casts the scientific problem: How to contribute to the stimulation of the soccer player operative thought in the sport initiation?, the established objetive is: to desing Tactic Soccer Games to stimulate the soccer player operative thought in the sport initiation. Methods such as the analytic synthetic, the inductive deductive, the historic logic, the modeling, the documents analysis, the observation, the interview, the pre experiment, trials, the specialists criteria, and the statistic methods have been adopted. After the Tactical Games are applied the soccer players use the technical elements through the dialogue with their coach and they are capable of analyzing and reflecting on the positive and negative actions in tactical game situations. The specialists claim the selected Tactical Games are effective in the development of the operative thought of the soccer player in the sport initiation.
