dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se realizó un estudio descriptivo y de desarrollo relacionado al tema del adulto mayor. Con el objetivo de diseñar una estrategia de gestión intersectorial para mejorar la calidad de vida deseada del adulto mayor vinculado a las casas de abuelos en el municipio Aguada de Pasajeros. Se muestrearon 100 ancianos. Dicha propuesta aboga por que los sectores del municipio colaboren con el sector de la salud para trabajar intersectorialmente e incidan en el objeto de la investigación. Se validó por el criterio de especialistas definiéndola como muy eficaz. Los resultados de los cuestionarios aplicados afloraron que existe desconocimientos sobre el tema y no se trabaja intersectorialmente, Además los abuelos exponen que es insuficiente el bienestar que sienten en estos centros, carecen de actividades sociales, culturales, deportivas, insuficiente participación de los promotores, carecen de equipamiento para el esparcimiento. Se recomienda que el Consejo de la Administración Municipal constituya el grupo de mejora para incentivar el cambio, que la mayoría de los sectores interrelacionen, la estrategia se extienda no solo para los que acuden a las casas de abuelos, sino a todo el municipio y comience la aplicación de la misma para valorar los efectos en años posteriores.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the Present work was carried out a descriptive study and of development related to the biggest adult's topic. With the objective of designing a strategy of intersector management to improve the quality of the adult's wanted life linked to the houses of grandparents in the Diluted municipality of Aguada de Pasajeros. We are sampling 100 old men. This proposal pleads for that the sectors of the municipality collaborate with the sector of the health to work intersectorly and impact in the object of the investigation. It was validated by the approach of specialists defining it as very effective. The results of the applied questionnaires appeared that it exists ignorances on the subject and one doesn't work intersectorly, the grandparents Also expose that it´s insufficient the welfare that they feel in these centers, lacks the promoters' activities social, cultural, sport, insufficient participation, they lack equipment for the entertainment. It´s recommended that the Council of the Municipal Administration constitutes the group of improvement to motivate the change that most of the sectors interrelate, the strategy not extends alone for those that go to the houses of grandparents, but to the whole municipality and begin the application of the same one to value the effects in later years.en_US
