Resumen
El diagnóstico es el punto de partida para desarrollar la labor pedagógica y constituye una premisa para realizar la valoración de la condición física en escolares ciegos. Es por ello que la presente investigación está encaminada a resolver el siguiente problema científico: ¿Cómo contribuir al diagnóstico físico motriz en un escolar ciego de la Escuela Especial “Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez” del municipio Santa Clara? Para dar respuesta al mismo se plantearon los siguientes objetivos: caracterizar el desarrollo psicomotor y físico actual del escolar, seleccionar, adaptar y valorar la efectividad de las pruebas para el diagnóstico físico motriz. Se aplicaron métodos del nivel teórico y empírico, los que permitieron determinar las principales características del desarrollo psicomotor en el escolar ciego en estudio. Se seleccionaron las pruebas para el diagnóstico físico motriz y se le realizan las adaptaciones curriculares no significativas en función de las características psicomotoras y físicas del escolar. Como resultado de su aplicación quedó determinado el perfil físico motriz del escolar ciego.

That is why this research is aimed at solving the following scientific problem: How to contribute to the drive physical diagnosis in a blind school of the Special School "Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez" in Santa Clara? In response to the same following objectives: to characterize the current psychomotor and physical development of the school, select, adapt and evaluate the effectiveness of physical driving tests for diagnosis. Methods of theoretical and empirical level were applied, which allowed determining the main characteristics of psychomotor development in the blind school in study. Driving tests for physical diagnosis were selected and will be carried out by non-significant curricular adaptations in terms of psychomotor and physical school characteristics. As a result of its application was determined the physical profile of the blind driving school.
