| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó en la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de las Villas, con el objetivo de elaborar un Manual de Procedimientos para el subsistema de Activos Fijos Tangibles en correspondencia con las legislaciones vigentes con el propósito de fortalecer el control interno de la entidad objeto de estudio y ofrecer las soluciones a las deficiencias detectadas en la entidad, presentando los procedimientos a seguir en el subsistema de Activos Fijos Tangibles. Para el logro de los objetivos propuestos se utilizaron una serie de técnicas que permitieron la confección del Manual de Procedimientos que se sustenta en los objetivos y necesidades de la entidad. Este Manual, desde el punto de vista teórico, constituye una fuente bibliográfica que puede ser utilizada como guía para facilitar el trabajo de los técnicos y especialistas de la entidad y de otras Universidades del país y desde el punto de vista práctico es una herramienta de trabajo que contribuye al fortalecimiento del control interno de dicho subsistema, a través de los procedimientos y modelos propuestos que posibilitan de forma objetiva el registro correcto de las diferentes operaciones y el control de estos activos. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation was carried out in the Central University "Marta Abreu" of the Villages, with the objective of elaborating a Manual of Procedures for the subsystem of Active Fixed Tangible in correspondence with the effective legislations with the purpose of to strengthen the internal control of the entity study object and to offer the solutions to the deficiencies detected in the entity, presenting the procedures to continue in the subsystem of Active Fixed Tangible. For the achievement of the proposed objectives they were used a series of techniques that you/they allowed the making of the Manual of Procedures that is sustained in the objectives and necessities of the entity. This Manual, from the theoretical point of view, constitutes a bibliographical source that can be used as guide to facilitate the work of the technicians and specialists of the entity and of other Universities of the country and from the practical point of view it is a work tool that contributes to the invigoration of the internal control of this subsystem, through the procedures and proposed models that they facilitate in an objective way the correct registration of the different operations and the control of these assets. | en_US |
