Resumen
En el siguiente trabajo se realizó un estudio del funcionamiento de la planta de tratamiento de agua de la nueva fábrica cloro-sosa de Sagua la Grande. Se hizo un amplio análisis bibliográfico sobre el origen y surgimiento de los sistemas de tratamiento y se indagó sobre los sistemas de tratamientos de aguas y el uso de estos como sistemas auxiliares en la industria de producción de cloro-sosa. Se hizo una descripción de todas las unidades de tratamiento y un resumen de las características técnicas de algunos equipos, principales en las unidades de tratamiento. Se identificaron los equipos que más problemas pueden causar en las diferentes unidades de tratamiento y que pueden provocar problemas. Se investigó sobre las fallas más comunes que pueden ocurrir en estos y la manera de solucionar estos fallos. Se hizo un resumen de las condiciones de operación a la que debe operar las unidades de tratamiento. Se confeccionó un árbol de problemas (diagrama de jerarquización) resumiendo los equipos y sus fallas en la planta. Se elaboró un plan de mantenimiento para los equipos más trascendentales en las unidades de tratamiento. Se calculó el costo aproximado de la nueva planta de tratamiento de agua y el por ciento que esta representa del costo total aproximada de la nueva fábrica
In the following work a study of the operation of the water treatment plant of the new chlorine-sosa factory of Sagua la Grande was carried out. An extensive bibliographical analysis was made on the origin and emergence of the treatment systems and it was inquired about the water treatment systems and the use of these as auxiliary systems in the chlorine-soda production industry. A description was made of all the treatment units and a summary of the technical characteristics of some equipment, main in the treatment units. We identified the equipment that can cause the most problems in the different treatment units and that can cause problems. We investigated the most common faults that can occur in these and the way to solve these failures. A summary was made of the operating conditions to which the treatment units must operate. A problem tree was created (hierarchy diagram) summarizing the equipment and its faults in the plant. A maintenance plan was developed for the most important equipment in the treatment units. The approximate cost of the new water treatment plant and the percent that it represents of the approximate total cost of the new factory were calculated
