Resumen
La presente investigación se realiza en la Empresa Gráfica de Villa Clara, y tiene como objetivo desarrollar un procedimiento para la gestión logística empresarial, técnicamente argumentado que
permita conocer la probabilidad de ocurrencia de sucesos con consecuencias nocivas para la entidad.
El desarrollo de la investigación se sustenta en el empleo de métodos de investigación tanto heurísticos, como matemáticos, la observación directa, entrevista, tormenta de ideas, además de
normas, resoluciones y otros documentos, que se integran a la mejora continua y a la gestión por
procesos como un sistema. Para dar cumplimento a este objetivo se realizó un marco teórico referencial, a partir del análisis de la bibliografía que contiene temas relacionados con el objeto de
estudio. En el procedimiento se identificaron, agruparon y estratificaron los riesgos para cada proceso
relevante y por cada proceso clave, enmarcados en el escenario propuesto, se realizó la cuantificación y el efecto económico de los mismos, así como se realizó el plan de implementación y el modelo de registro de control de riesgos para efectuar el control. El procedimiento desarrollado conjuga de manera armónica con los procesos relevantes y claves que se desarrollan en la logística de almacenes, su aplicación permite contribuir al mejoramiento de la disciplina antes indicada sobre la base de la introducción de la gestión de riesgos.
This letter investigation is carried out in the Graphic Company of Clear Villa, has like objective develop a procedure for the administration managerial logistics, argued technically allow to know the probability of occurrence of going with noxious aftermath for the entity. The development of the investigation is sustained so much heuristic in the employment of methods of investigation, like mathematicians, the direct observation, interview, storm of ideas, besides norms, resolutions and other documents, that they are composed to the direct improvement and to the administration for processes like a system. In order to give to this objective it was carried out a frame theoretical, starting from the analysis of the bibliography that contains topics related for the purpose of study. They in the procedure were identified, they assembled and the risks for each excellent process and for each process nail, framed in the nominative stage, was carried out the and the economic effect of the same, as well as was carried out the plan of implementation and the model of registration of control of risks in order to effect the control. The developed procedure conjugates of harmonic manner with the excellent processes and keys.
