Resumen
Las Universidades son portadoras de multi-condicionalidades que pueden y contribuyen a potenciar cambios en las políticas públicas territoriales. En sus aulas se forman agentes potenciadores de las trasformaciones en defensa del Patrimonio y de las identidades. Patrimonio y políticas públicas: la Universidad como agente potenciador de la identidad cultural tiene como objetivo analizar la contribución de la universidad como movimiento gestor de transformaciones desde la identidad como elemento movilizador para el mismo. Para ello se parte del análisis de las políticas públicas y las identidades y la contribución que desde las casas de altos estudios se genera. Las particularidades del proceso de apropiación de la identidad en la Universidad, el aporte de estos centros a las políticas públicas, esencialmente como propuesta para las carreras de ciencias sociales, humanísticas, sin excluir al resto de las especialidades. Para ello se han tenido en cuenta los ejemplos sistematizados en América Latina y en Cuba. Los aportes están determinados por la valorización de los centros de universitarios para la conformación de las políticas públicas.
