La Orientación Profesional Pedagógica en estudiantes de la ESBU “José René Riquelme”

Abstract

La presente investigación aborda un aspecto esencial de la educación en Cuba: la Orientación Profesional Pedagógica en adolescentes de secundaria básica por constituir este un período esencial en la formación de intereses y motivos profesionales. Para la realización de este trabajo se emplean métodos del nivel teórico: inductivo-deductivo, analítico-sintético, histórico-lógico, enfoque de sistema y la modelación; del nivel empírico: el análisis de documentos; observación; encuesta y la entrevista biográfica-narrativa. Del nivel matemático y/o estadístico: análisis porcentual. Presenta como objetivo proponer un sistema de actividades que contribuya al proceso de Orientación Profesional Pedagógica en estudiantes de la ESBU “José René Riquelme”. Facilitó el proceso de Orientación Profesional Pedagógica que se desarrolla en el contexto de la Secundaria Básica, y el sistema de actividades se centra, precisamente en el desarrollo personal de los estudiantes, pues promueven la reflexión, tiene un enfoque integrador, son significativas, desarrolladoras, propician la atención a las diferencias individuales y la toma de decisiones de una manera asertiva en el proceso de Orientación Profesional. La implementación de la propuesta en la práctica permitió constatar las potencialidades de la misma al demostrar resultados encaminados a la autodeterminación y la identificación con la profesión pedagógica por parte del estudiante evidenciado en un mayor nivel de información sobre la misma y la utilización de argumentos sobre la profesión demostrada por el objeto de estudio.

For the realization of this work methods of the theoretical level are used: inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic, historical-logical, system focus and the modelación; of the empiric level: the analysis of documents; observation; it interviews and the interview biographical-narrative. Of the level mathematical statistical y/o: percentage analysis. It presents as objective to propose a system of activities that contributes to the process of Pedagogic Professional Orientation in students of the ESBU José René Riquelme". it Facilitated the process of Pedagogic Professional Orientation that is developed in the context of the Basic Secondary, and the system of activities is centered, in fact in the personal development of the students, because they promote the reflection, he/she has an integrative focus, they are significant, desarrolladoras, propitiates the attention to the individual differences and the taking of decisions in an assertive way in the process of Professional Orientation. The implementation of the proposal in the practice allowed to verify the potentialities from the same one when demonstrating results guided to the self-determination and the identification with the pedagogic profession on the part of the student evidenced in a bigger level of information on the same one and the use of arguments on the profession demonstrated by the study object.
