Resumen
En el presente trabajo se hace una recopilación de los aspectos fundamentales relacionados con los frenos automotrices. Primeramente se hace una revisión bibliográfica para conocer los tipos de frenos más utilizados en los automóviles en la actualidad, constatándose que en la mayoría de los casos los autos modernos tienen frenos de disco en las ruedas delanteras y de bandas en las traseras. Posteriormente se hace un análisis de las principales fuerzas que actúan en el proceso de frenado. Finalmente se resumen los procedimientos para el cálculo de los principales tipos de frenos.
Presently work is made a summary of the fundamental aspects related with the automobiles controls. Firstly a bibliographical revision is made to know the types of more utilized controls at the present time in the automobiles, being verified that in most of the cases the modern files have disk controls in the front wheels and of bands in the back ones. Later on an analysis of the main forces is made that act in the process of having braked. Finally summary the procedures for the calculation of the main types of controls.
