Resumen
Este trabajo de diploma tiene como objetivo principal proporcionar la información necesaria para evaluar la magnitud del centrado en piezas de alta responsabilidad tecnológica. El análisis se elabora a partir de 20 muestras de un mismo tipo de piezas a las cuales se le realizaron mediciones. A partir de estas mediciones se realiza el análisis de un caso práctico en el cual se pone en práctica el problema propuesto. Por lo que se determinarán diámetros y aprietes máximos, mínimos y medios a partir de las mediciones realizadas a piezas como columnas y agujeros de bases inferiores de troqueles. En el trabajo se brinda información como el dominio en procesos de manufactura y se explica en que se basa el método Seis Sigma (6σ). También se evalúa la relación entre los parámetros geométricos del proceso y la magnitud del centrado permisible para condiciones preestablecidas de simulación geométrica del proceso, se simulan valores los cuales se obtienen en un hipotético proceso de elaboración de piezas por torneado, se realizan gráficos con los datos obtenidos para observar el comportamiento del coeficiente de centrado [K].
