Abstract
La importancia estratégica de los granos, tanto desde el punto de vista de la
economía nacional como desde la óptica empresarial, dentro del esquema de
diversificación de la producción agropecuaria emprendido por el gobierno
revolucionario, conduce a la búsqueda de soluciones racionales al déficit
alimentario, sobre la base de políticas de estudios de factibilidad en el sector
agropecuario cubano, ya que se carece de una tecnología económica y
ambientalmente compatible, que permita a la provincia de Villa Clara
desarrollarse y consolidar su posición en el mercado nacional, que permiten
constatar la viabilidad de la producción de harina de sorgo para la alimentación
a niños celíacos. El trabajo se desarrolló sobre la base de las investigaciones
realizadas en el marco de un Proyecto Territorial, en conjunto con el grupo de
mejoramiento genético y producción de semillas de granos perteneciente al
Centro de Investigaciones Agropecuarias (CIAP) de la Universidad Central de
Las Villas (UCLV), el que involucra los Ministerios de Salud Pública (MINSAP),
el de la Industria Alimenticia (MINAL) y el Ministerio de la Agricultura
(MINAGRI). El resultado más importante de la investigación es la realización de
una evaluación de proyectos a través de la aplicación de los métodos y
herramientas del análisis del mercado, el estudio técnico, y el económicofinanciero;
en el que se fundamenta la posibilidad de llevar a cabo la inversión
de una nueva tecnología para la producción de harina de sorgo en la provincia
de Villa Clara, con posibilidades de extensión, con sus debidas adecuaciones a
otros territorios del país.
The strategic importance of the grains, so much from the point of view of the national economy as from the managerial optics, inside the outline of diversification of the agricultural production undertaken by the revolutionary government, it drives to the search of rational solutions to the alimentary deficit, on the base of political of studies of feasibility in the Cuban agricultural sector, since you lacks an economic and environmentally compatible technology that allows to the county of Villa Clara to be developed and to consolidate their position in the national market that you/they allow to verify the viability of the production of sorghum flour for the feeding to children celiac. The work was developed on the base of the investigations carried out in the mark of a Territorial Project, together with the group of genetic improvement and production of seeds of grains belonging to the Center of Agricultural Investigations (CIAP) of the Central University of The Villa (UCLV), the one that involves the Ministries of Public Health (MINSAP), that of the Nutritious Industry (MINAL) and the Ministry of the Agriculture (MINAGRI). The most important result in the investigation is the realization of an evaluation of projects through the application of the methods and tools of the analysis of the market, the technical study, and the economic-financial one; in the one that the possibility is based of carrying out the investment of a new technology for the production of sorghum flour in the county of Villa Clara, with extension possibilities, with its due adaptations to other territories of the country.
