Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Diploma tiene como objetivo proponer el diseño de un
molde para soplado de preformas PET y la obtención del programa NC para la
posterior fabricación del mismo en la EMI `` Ernesto Che Guevara´´ Unidad Batalla
de Santa Clara. Primeramente, se realiza el estudio bibliográfico referente al
proceso de soplado, todo lo relacionado con materiales utilizados en el mismo, se
describe la tecnología presente en el taller de dicha empresa, con la cual será
construido el molde y además se presenta una secuencia de pasos a desarrollar
para el diseño de moldes para soplado.
A partir del análisis de la pieza se da paso a la selección del material moldeable y
al proceso de diseño del molde con el software CAD SolidWorks® 2018, así como
la selección del material para cada placa y partes componentes del molde, y su
respectivo tratamiento térmico para alcanzar la mejora deseada en cuanto a sus
propiedades, según la función que desempeña cada parte. Obtenido el diseño del
molde se realiza la programación NC para la placa porta cavidad. Los demás
insertos de esta placa se maquinan previamente en máquinas herramienta
convencionales. En esta etapa también se realiza la simulación de la estrategia de
maquinado obtenida con el CAMWorks para finalmente proceder al maquinado
del molde. Se realiza el análisis económico demostrando la fiabilidad del proyecto.
This Diploma work aims to propose the design of a mold for blowing PET preforms and obtaining the NC program for subsequent manufacture in the EMI ' Ernesto Che Guevara ´ of Santa Clara. First, the bibliographic study is carried out concerning the blowing process, everything related to materials used in it, the present technology is described in the workshop of that company, which will built the mold and It also presents a sequence of steps to be developed for the design of blow molds. From the part analysis, the selection of the moldable material and the mould design process with the SolidWorks ® 2018 CAD software, as well as the selection of the material for each plate and component parts of the mould, and their respective heat treatment to achieve the desired improvement in terms of their properties, depending on the function played by each part.. The design of the mould is done by the NC programming for the cavity holder plate. The other inserts on this plate are pre-machined on conventional machine tools. At this stage we also perform the simulation of the machining strategy obtained with the CAMWorks to finally proceed to the mould machining. Economic analysis is carried out demonstrating the reliability of the project.
